DESCRIPTION
Ulverston canal is 1.25miles long and about 20-25m across. It is located just as you arrive at Ulverston on the A590. Most pegs average 6ft deep and it holds Roach, Bream, Tench, Perch, Pike, Eels and the odd big carp which are rarely fished for.
FISH
Carp to 24lb, Tench to 7lb, 4lb fish being the average. Bream to 5lb, Small Roach, Pike the record being 26lb.
