6 Coarse fishing lakes/ponds, sheltered valley between Totnes & Paignton. Established 25 years ago. Toilet, tuck shop, tackle shop (basics & bait), parking. 4 Star self-catering cottages & apartments special rates for fishing, swim reservation and night fishing for holiday guests.

FISH
Carp to 27lb 8oz, tench to 6lb 4oz, Ghost carp to 17lb, roach to 2lb 12oz, rudd to 2lb 8oz, perch to 4lb 4oz, eels to 7lb 8oz + a few surprises!

TACTICS
Traditional and modern tactics work well depending on conditions and which water. Advice always available.
