Five oaks Trout lake and Lodge

DESCRIPTION
A clear 2 acre lake with access all round. It has a depth up to 25ft at the deepest point. The pond life is prolific and located along the River Hamble in a rural setting. There is a lodge on site with facilities for food and a full alchahol licence. Also there is ample space to camp ot bring your caravan. We are in the process of appealing for the right to build custom designed lodges for holiday accomodation on site with full disabled access. We are open all year round.
FISH
There are rainbow trout and brown trout in the lake. The rainbow are from 2.5lb upwards to about 12lb. The brownies are our game fish and are released if caught.
TACTICS
It is fun and challenging to dry fly on the lake but all fly types are acceptable. We ask that you respect the lake and country side and the natural wildlife that also reside with us.
