Wintershill Lake, Durley
DESCRIPTION
3.25 acre purpose dug springfed lake set in the grounds of Wintershill Estate within woodlands and pasture. Coloured shallow water.
Lakeside fisherman’s shelter.
This water is suitable for the disabled angler.
FISH
Rainbow, Brown and Triploid stocked every 100 fish taken (average stock size over 2lbs). Fishery records: 11lb 4oz Rainbow, 7lb Brown.
FLY INFORMATION
Natural flies include Sedge, Damsel, Daddies. Recommend using Damsel Nymphs, Dunkeld.
DAY TICKETS
£35 per day (4 fish), £18 half day (2 fish). Not open on Sundays.
