DESCRIPTION
Monk Lakes is a 120-acre fishery on the A229 just outside Maidstone in Kent. The site currently comprises of 2 pleasure lakes, 4 bookable match lakes, a specimen lake plus 2,000 meters of river bank along the River Beult. In total, there are over 45 acres of prime water for all levels of anglers. With onsite parking and facilities including Disabled Platforms, Food Bar, toilets, bait and tackle sales all you need to do is turn up and fish. www.monklakes.co.uk

Common Carp to 28lb, Ghosts to 24lb, Mirrors to 20lb, Barbel to 9lb 12oz, Chub to 6lb, Tench to 8lb, Roach to 2 1/2 lb,golden tench,red tench, blue tench, golden orfe, bream etc.
TACTICS
Barbless hooks only. No fixed leads, no beachcaster rigs. NO NUTS. Other rules displayed at lodge. All methods work. In-line feeder and floater rigs work especially well in warmer months.
