DESCRIPTION
Medium size lake with some overhanging bushes. It is set in a small park and contains large fish.

FISH
Roach to 2lbs, Perch to 3lbs, tench 7lbs, bream to 6lbs, carp are into double figures. Also rumoured to contain pike

TACTICS
Float fish a worm to catch perch. Float fish maggot for roach. ledger meat or red maggot for tench. various methods for carp but use a swimfeeder loaded with maggots and luncheon meatwith a hair-rigged piece of meat. Try spinning for the pike or use a small lure.
