DESCRIPTION
Set in the wonderfull countryside of north west of lancashire this is truly a carp fishermans heaven. The 3 acre, 38 peg lake is open from March to October and fishing is allowed from 7.00 until 21.30 or dusk (whichever comes first).

FISH
The lake contains carp up to 25lb with a sprinkling of silver fish.

The following baits are banned: Trout pellets, Bloodworm/joker, Boilies, Cerial baits, Ground baits, Nuts, Floating baits - the following baits are allowed: Greenhalgh Carp Pellets, Paste Corn, Meat (Cat meat in moderation), Maggot, Hemp, Casters, Worms. Barbless Hooks only, Minimum 16s, Maximum 10s. Minimum line 5lbs, No braid or similar hook lengths. Strictly no keepnets, Landing nets must be dipped. Feeders or bombs must be free running, They should be block end and there should be no open end or cage feeders.
