DESCRIPTION
Set in rural heart of lancashire in an area of outstanding beauty - located right off A59. 7 acre course lake and 2 acre trout lake. Fed by steams which run down from Pendle and Wiswell Fell. Open 365 days a year. Overnight fishing allowed. 3 qualified baliffs on site. Fisherman’s rest room. New rest rooms, loo and shower block due late this year. Refreshments available.

FISH
Course lake: Good head of carp - up to 34lbs. Bream - Roach - Rudd - Perch. Bream now showing 11lb. (Record 56 Carp caught on 24 hour ticket). Fly fishing - restocked weekly. Rainbows and brownies - fish ranging from 1.7 to 10lbs.

TACTICS
Fly fishing - natural flies include sedge, hawthornem, midge, buzzers, damsels, recommend using Sedge, Montana, Damsel.
