DESCRIPTION
There are two lakes the square lake is 1/4 acre, holds carp to 16lb+ tench to 6 1/2lb plenty of roach & rudd. The second lake is the horse shoe holds over 200 doubles plus loads of smaller carp to 10lb plus big tench, roach, rudd, chub. Tackle shop & cafe on site.

Best carp this season is 26 3/4lb best tench 6 1/2lb big roach & rudd.

Pole the best. Meat, Pellet, Maggot, Worm.
