DESCRIPTION
Approx 80 acre freshwater res owned by bristol water company. Round bowl shape, concrete steps for banks will need adjustable chair/pods etc. Can be bleak when weather is bad. Be careful of your car in the car parks don't leave valubules.
FISH
Huge head of tench upto 8lb+ average 3-4lb. Roach to 2lb+ but bigger fish scarce. Some good Perch. Lots and lots of pike
TACTICS
Tench come to all standard tenching methods. Early morning or late evening best. Be prepared for strong fighting fish and the weed on the bottom, do not fish too light. Best to have a look first, it can be a daunting water for the first time visitor.

Cheddar AA. Day Tickets from the hoilday camp in Axbridge I think its called Broadstairs but not sure, costs about £6 a day
