DESCRIPTION
Shallow in most parts but has a nice settiings surrounded by woodland with a large number of pegs. The stock levels are the same and 3 years ago it produced a 30lb common carp and as recently as 2 weeks ago a 31lb Mirror Carp was caught.

FISH
Bream to 8lb with large shoals, carp to 30lb+ .roach and perch abound.

TACTICS
Red maggot and feeder best for bream and the carp require a stealthy approach for the bigger fish using the usual carp tactics (boilies,pellet ).it is usual to fish the lake over a couple of days to bring the carp into the swim after groundbaiting.

TICKETS
The fishing at Trentham is now on a season ticket. Adult season ticket is £160, a child ticket is £30 (child is 5-16) - children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult - and senior citizens and disabled are £100. Tickets run from the beginning of the month it was purchased and run for a full 12 months after. There is no closed season, the only day not available to fish is Christmas Day with the whole site been closed.
