Traditional estate lake. Plenty to go for whether it's the big bream shoals or specimen carp, pike and zander. Good waggler water on its day.

Carp 30lb+, Zander 19lb+ (2oz of british record), Pike 20lb+, Bream average 6lb, Roach 2lb + , Perch to 3lb
TACTICS
Swim feeder for the bream. Waggler for a mixed bag. Variety of tactics score for the pike Carp to boilie ( this is not any easy water although new stockings over the last two years should improve the run count)
