DESCRIPTION
A silt bottomed lake of about 1½ acre. Nice surroundings. Lots of features on lake such as over hanging trees, a sheltered corner, reeds etc.
FISH
Only mirrors and commons, there were carp to 25 lbs but when lake got to shallow were taken away by Environment Agency, carp now are growing towards 20 lbs, last caught at 16 lbs.
TACTICS
Use light weights to avoid them sinking into the silt, or use helicopter rigs. method with scolded pellets is also good. all bright coloured boilies work also meat and sweetcorn.
