DESCRIPTION
Quiet water offering a large aprox. 1 acre lake with a small lake with an island in the middle and a small pond with 1 double peg on it. This fishery often produces double figure carp. plenty of shade from the surrounding trees.

Roach to 3lb, tench and bream to 10lb, carp to 22lb, and there has even been a mention of pike upto 13lb showing...
TACTICS
The method has been a big sucsess and fishing on the pole is also good. The best bait at the moment has been Halibut pellets on a hair rig.
