DESCRIPTION
3 lakes, old lake well matured small island, lots of lillies, approx 3ft deep deep trough on side that backs on to carp lake, carp lake fairly long, 2 small islands, a bay at top end with deep hole. also small lake called goldfish pond, lots of goldfish hybrids. small island.
FISH
Old lake: carp 20lb+, tench to 6lb, some good roach and rudd over 1lb, also bream to 6lb. carp lake: my best is 18lb lots 2 - 8lb some rudd to 8oz and tench to 3lb. goldfish lake, mixed with fish a max of 6lb
TACTICS
On carp lake, margins score well especially in summer, feed loads of pellet and fish corn, meat or pellet over top. in warm weather fish up in water keep spraying corn and its fairly easy to catch. also surface fishing with bread very productive. old lake pole fished shallow constantly spraying maggots, lots of roach and rudd taken this way, for bream a feeder filled with maggots in the deep hole should work. goldfish pond, anything works cos its stuffed with fish!!
