Reydon No.1 Pit
Lakeside Park Development, Southwold, Suffolk
Open water with loads of features and spaced out swims with overhead power line. Swim 20 and around are the best swims with days of 15lbs - 30lbs of carp to be pulled out. Record is 30lbs for the 4 lakes which are on the site but only first pit is available to day tickets the other 3 are to members only. Lake is set on right hand side as you come in the gate although it’s set behind a housing estate it is peaceful.
Roach to 3lbs,perch to 3lbs,bream to 15lbs,tench to 5lbs,carp to 30lbs
Legering is quite good with bollies or in the summer on the top with dog biscuit but you know carp they'll take anything, but for tench polarise float is good with luncheon but don’t use light tackle as you get the odd carp.
Southwold & District Angling Preservation Society, £6 a day for 1 rod until October where you can have 2 rods, season is £10 for juinors and £30 for adults and you have rights to fish all waters that are owned by Southwold & District Angling Club.
