Description
Nice 4 acre lake margin lined with rushes and reeds about 7ft average with holes of 20ft. This water is now under the control of Colchester Angling Preservation Society Ltd (CAPS), see their website www.colchesteraps.org for details.

Fish Details
Carp - 20lb, Tench - 9lb, Bream - 10lb, Roach and Rudd - 2lb, Pike 22lb.

Tactics
Pellets, paste and bread work well, as does sweetcorn and meat baits.
