Description
Tansterne Fishery is a float only venue and has introduced 2 new ponds, now giving 3 ponds to choose from. The Main pond has 28 pegs separated by a walk over bridge - stocked with Carp, Tench, Ide, Roach, Bream, Perch, with fish up to 30lb. The Car Park pond has 9 pegs, suited for beginners - stocked with 1-3lb Ghost Carp. The Canal pond has 11 pegs - stocked with new fish, Barble, Chub and Tench with a supply of Ghost Carp to 4lb. Tansterne is on the Aldbrough to Sproatley road - exit left as you leave Flinton - we are at the bottom of the lane. There is a free car park and two porta loos for your use. Pegs and access available for disabled anglers. The fishery is open all year, hours are dawn until dusk.

Fish Details
Mirror Carp to 30lb, Common Carp to 18lb, Ghost Carp to 4lb, Barble, Bream, Chub, Ide, Roach, Perch and Tench.

Tactics
Corn, pellet, meat, chopped worm, cheese, and bread it all works. In the winter - maggot and corn.

Rules
No groundbait, no wet cat/dog food, no boilies, no hemp, no night fishing, landing nets and keep nets provided in every peg.
